Why won't my order go through?
Please review your credit card information, billing address, and shipping address to make sure that they are entered correctly. Also, make sure that you are using the latest version of your web browser. If you are still receiving an error message after this, please contact your credit card company to make sure there are no holds placed on your card.

We can not add items to an existing order at this time. Please place a new order for the item and you can email us email@example.com
to waive the shipping if the second order was placed within 24 hours
of the first.
The item I want is sold out. Will it be back in stock?

I sent an item back for a refund. How long until I get my money back?
Once we have received your item, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. You will be notified by email when the transaction has been completed.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of the purchase date. Shipping times may vary depending on availability of merchandise. Please feel free to add a note to your order to let us know if you need an item for a specific date and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Where is my order confirmation?
You should receive an email confirmation from Be Bold as soon as your order ships to the email address you provided on your order. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk folder and add email@example.com
to your contact list.
